These regulations would be in direct defiance of the 1st Amendment. However, the Obama Administration seems to have little reverence for the constitution so I would not be surprised if they eventually pursued this. Liberals already have most of the media market cornered, they simply want to shut down the last bastion of conservatism in the media - talk radio. Keep talking Rush!
